Jed and Tammie April 14, 2009

I guess good things really do come to those who wait. Tammi and Jed FINALLy had their engagement photos taken after weather dictated otherwise twice before. One session was cancelled because of the bitter wind and another was cancelled because of rain. This past Friday the stars aligned (or perhaps the clouds) in our favor and we were table to capture some incredible images. As an added bonus, we were able to do the engagement photos at the same place where they are getting married. It was rather easy to secure the location for the couple since Jed’s family operates Sauk Valley. (I heard they got a great deal for the place as well.)
New things March 23, 2009
Welcome to our new blog.
The 2009 campaign has kicked off with a lot of new things going on with Francisco Photography. Our studio has changed locations (same building, but different area) and it has opened the door for more opportunities and allowed me to create a studio I have always wanted. Later this week I will post some photos from my first Senior shoot of 2009 where I discovered some new locations plus the new and improved studio has lent its way to providing more realistic backgrounds like fireplaces and bookshelves that are not just fake images on paper.
I am looking for some senior reps for the class of 2010 (has it been 10 years already since the turn of the century?). This is a great way for students to earn some extra cash and receive amazing photos at the same time.
Since this is my first entry, there are no photos yet. However, I will be posting my 2008 Highlights (including some that helped me become certified) soon. (I promise to have fewer parenthetical asides in the future.)
